You should get a message saying 'You’re eligible for a discounted upgrade to Nitro Pro 12' then click Proceed to Checkout. Kindly access our Upgrade Portal  and enter your Nitro Pro 8 serial number. If you want to install your Nitro Pro 8, you can download the installers here: īut you want to upgrade to Nitro Pro 12, I just made an adjustment on your license.
